Removing DPX4Mac Quicklook plugin is quite easy. The installer just creates 2 files:

/Library/QuickLook/DPX4Mac QuickLook Plugin.qlgenerator
/Library/Frameworks/DPX4Mac.framework

If you didn't make any other change, deleting these two files should be enough for the uninstall.
