UIL is some sort of User Interface description Language.  Aficionados
claim it's too complex to be comprehensible and too primitive to be
useful.

Last time I checked, the UIL included with Lesstif was in an extremely
early stage.  I think you'll need to get OpenMotif.

I've successfully compiled it with both (1.2 on Solaris and OpenMotif
on Linux).
