#1 exclude a domain like icq.mirabilis.com

Hi developers,

thank you for your work on this great proggy!

Here is my request:

I have licq installed on my main compy and the gateway is dialing out using dproxy for caching dns-request. main is configured to use gateway to ask for dns.

licq ask gateway for pinging icq.mirabilis.com and gets the cached ip. but icq.mirabalis.com is resolved to serveral ips and they are cycling their ips being available or not.

this causes licq to loose contact to the icq servers.

please add the possibility to exclude domains from being cached but looked up by request with dproxy.
