#11 dproxy-netgen doesn't support MX records

Hi!

dproxy is really great and I enjoy using it, but after
installing it postfix stops delivering any mails. I
noticed that dproxy isn't serving any MX records, it
just timeouts. That makes it impossible to use postfix
or any other SMTP server in a "dproxied" network.
