New Saros release: 12.3.30

Saros - Distributed Party Programming for Eclipse

The Saros Team is proud to announce the release of version 12.3.30. This release
brings you a couple of cool new features.

[Improvement] Saros now presents much more information about its activities,
especially when synchronizing for a session. This includes the display of the
amount of data that is being transferred, the transfer speed and an estimation
of how long the currently running progress (e.g. session inivitation) will be
running.

By using the Eclipe JOB API properly, Saros now enables you to cancel almost all
internal processes that run longer than a few seconds, so you can remain in
control and can abort erroneous invitations earlier than before.

[Improvement] The Saros view has been changed to display addition information
about other session participants. You are now able to see the path of the
currently opened file of each session participant and you also see if that user
is in follow mode, and who is being followed. This change also includes minor
aesthetic improvements of the Saros view regarding the display of the users
colors.

[Performance] Saros is now much faster when calculating checksums for files,
especially when multiple users are invited in parallel.

[Configuration] It is now possible to disable the balloon notifications for
users that do not like them.

[Improvement] It is now possible to save a complex selection for partial sharing
with a user provided name, and restore it at any time with one click in the
invitation wizard. Saros automatically saves the last selection with a fixed
name "Last selection", so you can "resume" the last session a lot easier.

[Tutorial] Saros now features a webbased tutorial for configuring Saros, which
enables us to continuously improve the tutorial, and provide additional help
without having to wait for the next Saros release.

Additionally, you will find some important fixes. Check out the changelog.
