#110 Restructure dialog "Add XMPP/Jabber Account"

Currently (as of Saros 13.12.6.TESTING), the button "Create New Account..." is on top of the actual form, but has no inherent connection to it. In contrast, the closely related information box is placed down below.

Proposal: Move the button to the lower left corner, and the box on top of the form. See this annotated screenshot for clarification: https://www.dropbox.com/s/co4swp1pcnkbbkz/saros-wizard-addaccount.png . The intended position of the "Create New Account..." button is not set in stone -- my intention was to move out away from the actual form, so anything below the current position should be fine.

Moving the button to this position is not that trivial as you might think.

Yep, I expected something like this (that's one reason to make this request a wish for 14.1.31 instead of 13.12.6). I'll "soften" the ticket description accordingly.
