#133 Provide information on how to report problems

The standard response to almost all e-mails we receive through our contact form is: "We need the logfiles to assess this. This is how you find them ..."

Users should be able to find this information themselves. A good place would probably somewhere around the Troubleshooting page and the Contact form itself.
