the mentioned git repo's don't not work

After searching here http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/sourceforge/wiki/Git i figured out the correct repo: git://dpp.git.sourceforge.net/gitroot/dpp/saros
Also the explanation about needing subclipse is probably obsolete.

You can't compile Saros without the Subclipse plugin / libraries.
