The invitation process seems to hang. What's happening?

Throughout our testing, the occurrence of the invitation process actually freezing is very rare. However, we are aware of a small minority of operating systems and network configurations that cause Saros to take up to a few minutes to complete an invitation, even with small projects. We are always endeavoring to resolve these problems.

It is therefore more likely, if there seems to be no progress in a invitation for a moment or two, that Saros is being delayed somehow and that you may have to wait a little longer.

That is a dumb excuse for: I do not know why this is happening. There are no OS issues. These are "homemade" bugs from students which currently made their first experience in technical computer sciene.
