Starting a new Session with 4 participants also properly created a chat view, but for one participant this view did not show up. In Julia's Eclipse (using Mac OS X) only the explanatory text was shown (happened around 15:00). The Session itself worked fine, only Julia's chat was missing. During the Session right before, everybody was able to use the chat.

    The whole chat stuff was revamped with 13.3.21 so it is not likely that this behavior/bug still exists.
