No, this is a completely different topic. This has nothing to do with #3514632. This bug is about a autonomous change of the user's color after the Session already began. That might be confusing: "I started as 'red' and now I'm 'blue'?"

FFS, fixing 3514632 would fix this bug too.
Currently the host sends you your color. If you change your color, the color will be changed also at the host side. All colors are indexed by an ID.

user 2 changes his color to F

in a new session, the host will assign color F to the second user that is invited.
This behaviour "is ok", as long as you do not select your personal default color.
