The user does not get appropriate feedback that the synchronization has finished successfully.
Saros shows a bubble when a user accepted the invivtation, but not when the projectnegotiation is done.

Even after my changes to the system feedback through constant display of progress bars, the lack of progress bars showing is no trustable feedback, especially for users that have used saros before, and are used to basically never knowing if saros is currently doing something or not.
