The viewport annotations, that show the area that other users are currently viewing in the open editor, remain even after the session end.
This is wrong, since the users don't actually continue viewing the file in that position.
Sorry, i wasn't able to retrieve the log files from the developers. So far i could not reproduce this - i believe it happens when the session does not end cleanly (e.g. the host closes eclipse or kills the task).

I am not able to reproduce this. Normally, if you reopen the editor the annotations should have been removed. If this is still not the case, then something is seriously broken when disconnecting the document from the documentprovider.

I am not able to reproduce this. Normally, if you reopen the editor the annotations should have been removed. If this is still not the case, then something is seriously broken when disconnecting the document from the documentprovider.
Fixed in the last 4 years, not searching the commit ...
