#18 DPPD: Order games by deadline

Currently games on the DPPD user page are ordered by game name. Eric Hunter proposes that Deadline order would be the other likely choice, though in a perfect world, it would list games with orders due, before games with orders submitted. Waiting and Forming games would close the list. A radio button to select between different types of orderings might be appreciated.
