Sometimes press can sneak by and not be line-broken when displayed back on the press-reading page. It is time to go 21st Century, though, and understand inbound press with the default being HTML, not plain text, and do away with line-resplitting. If an inbound press message has an HTML part, accept it. If not, convert the text part to HTML (by adding
between paragraphs, etc.), and remove the use of the TT or PRE tags on the press display page (or perhaps those are even in the press FILE?) if the message is indeed in HTML format, as all eventually will be.
