#2 Add functionality to handle prototype functions

There is a need to add functionality to handle
prototype functions for JavaScript objects. Currently
they are being ignored and not parsed as expected.
Maybe its a good idea to build Object level browser,
which will be a separate view from main function
navigation. Object level browser will have all
prototypes listed for it.
