OK, we need to debug this. Can you do the following:

1. Go to PortView, right click, and select "Show Package Contents."
2. Navigate to /Contents/Resources/Scripts.
3. Find a file called "AppMain.tcl." Open it in a text editor (TextEdit
is fine).
4. About three or four lines down, you will see this line:

#show console

Remove the # from this line. Save the file.

5. Launch PortView as usual. There will be an additional window
(console) that will print error messages if there's a problem.

Let me know what you see in the console window.
