#232 Phone info : LAC + MCC + MNC + Cellid (GSM / UMTS)

Hi Babak !

Would it be possible to implement a feature to
get the phone's connected MNC, MCC, LAC & Cellid ?

If possible, please with option for GSM CelliD and UMTS CelliD values :)

Very nice for tracking when GPS signal is bad.
