For hire programming job with DPF components

Hello all,
I'm super busy with other things that keep distracting me from my project. Just wondering if there is anyone here willing to do some fairly easy programming for me for hire. I can pay by PayPal or possibly electronic fund transfer.

What I need.
1. Using PDF components, a simple iPad app with sqlite db.
2. First create a small app or Win program to take csv files and import to sqlite db
3. Use the sqlite db to display data on a map (UIMapKit).
4. Some GUI design will be needed, but I can provide sample images.
5. The db data will be displayed on the map based on GUI selections which will query the db, retrieve data and display on the map (lat/lon values).
6. The map display will be in the form of small icons, with lines.
