Problem with UITableView on 8.5.2

hi,
After i installed the latest version of 8.5.2, the TableView1 demo will pop out an error message that the property DeviceType or something like that is invalid. When i run the demo on simulator, the table view is different from the version 8.3.1

had the same problem with some demos. Is is losing the align properties of the components after the error.

not sure why. but i reverted back to the previous version 8.3.1

I am not sure what went wrong. I downloaded the 8.9.1 and run the TableView3 example and this is the result i get.

The table is out of the screen. Footer has a big patch of black background as shown in the attachment
