[Dpcl-develop] re: bcreate use of stdout/stderr callbacks

    Mystery solved. Dyninst allows for redirecting stdout/stderr when
  forking the mutatee, but currently discards the two parameters passed in
  for that purpose. I'm working with Drew Bernat at UW-Madison on a Dyninst
  'adjustment'. Thanks to Dave for verifying this feature works on a non-Hybrid
  DPCL.
