Do any of the legal issues you are working on impact me committing code
with the LANL disclaimer as I have done in the past?

I plan to restart my work on the MPICH application class.  Once this is 
complete, I will evaluate where everything stands and decide how to move 
forward.  

For the MPICH class to work, I need to use the hybrid code because there was 
some necessary functionality missing in the IBM BPatch.  Is the hybrid 
code a patch that can be applied to the CVS code or is it a 
separate distribution?  If separate, how different are they?  Should I get 
the most current hybrid from James or Steve?
