06/20/2006(slc)- for non-IBM Dyninst, rewrite probe
module loading code to use Dyninst's 'findFunction'
rather than manually searching for BPatch_function

06/21/2006 (slc) - this requires Dyninst 5.0. I've been
trying to avoid any bug reports that entail 5.0 until we
have an actual release of Dyninst 5.0 and/or OSS using
same. This one snuck by my 5.0 filter. It is on hold for
now.
