version 0.9.6
--A major bug was found in version 0.9.5 which prevented it from
running in win98,win2k,win me..
  It ran only in win xp..THIS BUG WAS FIXED
--Better resource utilization (The exe size was reduced by almost 40%)
--Minor changes in docs(plugin.html)
