#5 gotta have verision control hooks

i am already finding out that having tight version control
of a DP Toolkit model is essential. i am doing it in flat
files for the moment as i have an urgent deadline
tomorrow .. but soon i will be using a local CVS to handle
this. but being able to checkout and checkin to CVS or
Subversion would be a Real Good Thing(tm)
