It would be great if one could make comments on the diagram (i.e. comments box in the toolbox) and second wish is a grid for layout.

Hello Vineeth,

I mean a grid to arrange objects on the layout (for example MS Visio grid or Visual Studio)

The Grid feature has been implemented (not yet released though),
The screenshot is attached, Will take few weeks for the release to be made.... lot of other bugs to be squashed...

The implementation of comments will take even more time, but it will be DONE.
