#25 dp500serv Linux server not found

If LISTEN_ADDRESS is set to not 0.0.0.0 and dp500serv
binds to this IP address, the DP500 does not find
the server.
Linux seems not to forward UDP broadcast packets
to a socket that has been bind to a specifix IP
address. Works on Solaris.

Until a better solution will be found, the UDP socket will
not be bound to an interface i.e. IP address.
