In redeployment situations, mbeans may already be registered. If so, unregister and reregister the dozer mbeans.

The current code should not cause any system issues if the mbeans are already registered because any exceptions thrown while registering dozer mbeans are not propgated. So this would just get rid of the ugly warning log when mbeans are already registered.
