Making DozerBeanMapper.getMappingProcessor() protected
would allow users to make customizations without having
to completely reimplement MapperIF.

    I believe this is done. getMappingProcessor() is
    protected in the 21XBranch. This branch will be used for
    the next release. In general, improving extensibility is
    not finished and will be ongoing
