#234 Adding the ability to add multiple configurations

I have fine-grained modules in a project, and there are custom converters inside those modules.

I am trying to accompany each module with its dozer configuration, so that the final build will include all those modules with a reference to their xml files at runtime, but I can't do that at the moment because Dozer currently doesn't allow more than one global configuration.

My suggestion is allow Dozer xml to contain multiple configurations, so that each xml flle can define its own custom converters, this makes it more flexible.
