#227 Allow mapping to fields directly to be the default option

Currently it's not possible to configure Dozer to map use direct field access by default (without explicitly configuring the classes to map). I've seen there's a ticket fixed already that allows to enable field access for entire classes but I'd like to see a general flag the enables this behavior by default. I've spend quite some time trying to get that working with the current callbacks and configuration options but I didn't really find a way to achieve this. If there's one, I'd be happy to know :).
