#298 Thread hang during initialization

Dozer version used - 5.3.1
Dozer mapper is defined via spring as singleton as recommended.
Whenever the following exception occurs ,
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Duplicate Class Mapping Found.
The consecutive calls on the mapper instance is hung.
This seems to be a bug. Can you please cross verify.

fixed, now all threads will exit with exceptions
