[Doxygen-users] Automatic links don't work (partially)

Hi!

I use Doxygen to document my projects and am very satisfied. It's a
really great tool!

However, when documenting example code (as shown in the \dontinclude
documentation), there are no references for the classes and objects
mentioned, neither in the program text nor in the documentation.

Have I missed something obvious? The autolinks work in class
documentation and the like.
