Hi TJ,

I am not going to use DocBook very soon, but 
I am learning it to produce other parts of our project 
documentation.

I was thinking about DocBook XML as about one
of the wished output format of doxygen. One of the 
pros is that it should solve national character encoding
problems. I guess that solving all details will be rather
long-term task; however, your proposal seems to be
very interesting -- at least for having some testbed for
development of doxygen XML internal structure and
for adding some human-language related features.

I am too green (concerning DocBook XML), but I am
willing to help with this in future.
