Just a note to developers with developer access to Planet Saphire...

As part of routine maintenance, the keys on Planet Saphire's SVN Server
has been changed.  Attatched is the new public key for the server; use
'ssh-keygen -l' to verify the fingerprint against the SVN server when
connecting again.

If there are any problems connecting, please let me know.
