[Doxygen-users] Duplicate Declarations

I am a programmer for a company with a large code base
that runs Doxygen on it for documentation. Because of
our Control Versioning using Visual Sourcesafe, a file
is shared into many directories. When Doxygen
encounters the same file twice, it duplicates all the
function/variable declarations. Is there any way I can
tell it to ignore duplicate function/variable
declarations?
