I want to fix this problem, too.
I tried to fix it. But it's not easy.

* Currently, translator_jp.h does not implement some methods required to
generate Japanese RTF.
* Doxygen supports Japanese EUC code by default. To support both EUC and
Shit-JIS, more efforts will be needed.

rtf( read by word2000, at win2000 pro)
