[Doxygen-users] problems merging HTML Help

Hi,

I=B4m using doxygen for generating documentation for several projects. =
It
would be nice to integrate the whole documentation in Visual Studio =
custom
help. For this purpose I want to merge the doxygen generated help files
(compiled with HHC) to a big one. That really sounds easy but the =
problem
is, no index is generated after merging the files.
Someone had this problem before and found a solution?
