[Doxygen-users] Doxygen's doc/translator.pl script update (attached)

As there were some reasons to update the translator.pl script, 
here it is (for the impatient ;-).

Now, the script recognizes also method prototypes that
do not contain argument identifiers (i.e. they contain the type
of the arguments only).  The wrongly detected details describing
obsolete and missing methods are not listed now (e.g. for
TranslatorGerman).
