[Doxygen-users] namespace list

I've recognized the following:

If I wrote the documentation within the header file a link to the class /
function documentation is created by doxygen, but if the documentation is
written within the source files (*.cpp) no link is created...

How can I force doxygen to create links for those classes / functions ?
