[Doxygen-users] documentation order and bibliography

Hi all.

I hope someone can help me to tell Doxygen to change documentation order
such that my "documentation only" file is placed before any other. I've
tried to use the \mainpage command, but the result is not what I wanted.

I don't want to specify the order of the whole documentation but only
place my introduction file at the begin.

Also, I need to cite some papers and I'd like to use the latex \cite
command. Can I? Or is there a similar way to provide some bibtex entry
and refer to it?
