[Doxygen-users] Required support for removing the line number and absolute path from Generated Documentation.

Hello Team,

Greetings for the day !!!

While I generate a Doxygen XML Documentation, I always get the line number
and absolute path of the file in the Documentation.

Is there a way I can remove this line number and absolute path?
