[Doxygen-projects] Problems processing dotfiles - no table of contents generated

Hello Albert,

the machine is an OpenSuse 15.3 Linux virtual box.

The versions of doxygen, pdflatex, graphviz, dot are:

doxygen -v
1.8.14

pdflatex -v
pdfTeX 3.14159265-2.6-1.40.18 (TeX Live 2017/TeX Live for SUSE Linux)
kpathsea version 6.2.3
Copyright 2017 Han The Thanh (pdfTeX) et al.

dot -V
dot - graphviz version 2.40.1 (20161225.0304)

I tried to attach the zipped Doxyfile and doxygen.conf, but they were too big for the limit of 40kb per e-mail. I send them seperately.
