[Doxygen-projects] Problems processing dotfiles - no table of contents generated

Hello,

we have a huge project and generate the documentation for it via doxygen.

We have several statements with @dotfile filename to generate graphics. However the dotfiles aren't processed and the generation of the documentation breaks and has to be resumed with <R> <return>.

As a result, in the generated *.pdf documentation, the table of contents is missing (and the graphics as well).

What do I have to do, that the dotfiles are processed and the table of contents is created?
