[Doxygen-users] Comments Update to Code File Via Doxygen

Doxygen-Users,
    Does Doxygen have the ability to update the comments sections in a code file either based on another file, through GUI interface, or through html, or is it strictly Unidirectional, Code File to Documentation Output?
