[Doxygen-users] Github Markdown theme created for Doxygen HTML output

Hi everyone, 

I apologize for cross-posting, but the "doxygen-projects" mailing list
appears to be dead (?).

I created a theme for Doxygen HTML output so that it resembles Github
Markdown pages with a tree view navigator on the left. I am an HTML and
CSS novice and any fixes or improvements are most welcome!
