[Doxygen-develop] Interest in new XML format for Doxygen export

I am currently working on exporting a new XML format from Doxygen. I was
wondering if there would be some interest in integrating this into the main
line when it is finished.

If you want more details about how this format differs from the current
Doxygen XML format, please let me know.
