[Doxygen-develop] Documenting ActiveX libraries: support for helpcontext and hhc map file

Hi,

I've documented each method of my ActiveX library and the resulting chm 
file is quite nice thanks to doxygen.

I'd now like to jump directly to a method documentation. Therefore I've 
added unique helpcontext numbers to all methods. But when I request a 
method's documentation, I always get the information that the chm file 
is missing a map section.

Are there any plans to support helpcontext and to provide a map file for 
hhc?
