[Doxygen-develop] SHOW_DIRECTORIES and

Hello,

I tried using the new option "SHOW_DIRECTORIES=3Dyes" with Doxygen 1.3.9.1.
It seems, this does work only together with "EXTRACT_ALL=3Dyes".
If "EXTRACT_ALL=3Dno", files like "dir_0000xx.html" are written.
But there are missing the file "dirs.html" and a link to this in the genera=
ted HTML menu.

Is this the intent, or is this a bug?  ;-)
