[Doxygen-develop] Build libraries on Solaris (sparc)

Hello,

I had to make a small change in file tmake.conf of target solaris-cc to 
translate the libraries.

I changed value of TMAKE_AR from "CC -xar -o" to "ar cqs".

System: SunOS 5.9 (sparc)
Compiler: CC (gcc 3.3.2)
